History
In 2014, the founders of TCMC, the Srivikorn family, arrived in the UK with a clear objective to identify growth opportunities and expand the group's portfolio.
Based on the shared values of excellent and impeccable service, Alstons Upholstery Limited proved to be the ideal complementary business to TCMC's successful carpet brand 'Royal Thai'. The acquisition of a majority share in Alstons Upholstery was completed in 2015.
Our Parent Company
TCM Corporation Public Company Limited (TCMC) was established in 1969 and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since 1978. As the first fully integrated carpet manufacturing facility in Thailand, TCMC has since expanded internationally through strategic acquisitions.
TCM Living Group
Since 2015, TCMC has strategically acquired several UK leading furniture manufacturing brands (Alstons, Ashley Manor, AMX and Alexander and James) and has invested in the rejuvenation and development of their manufacturing plants. In April 2020, TCM Living Group (TCML) was incorporated, assimilating all brands under one name.
Coupled with the scale and capabilities of TCMC and the UK operations. These acquisitions present valuable opportunities for synergies and growth avenues.
